Been with physique factory for 5 weeks now and I’ve lost 9kg. The communication has been great. My coach has been checking in week in and week out making sure I’m sticking to the plan. I’m excited to see the results at the end of the program. The service has been top notch and couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
