Hey Everyone my name it’s Te Ahu. I’ve been with Physique Factory for about 6 weeks now. I started at 84 kg and I’m now at 74.5 kg with I’ve lost 9.5 kg since. I’m in a lean gain. I’ve striped a lot of body fat . And looking leaner stronger and most importantly feeling good. Thank you to my coach. He’s always there for support. If I have any questions about nutrition or training he always responds. The workouts are amazing. And I’m learning a lot about the nutrition side of things. Instead of having boring meal plans. He’s set my daily calories and I’ve just got to hit my macros every day. I’m learning so much about nutrition now and understand how important it is. My coach is always there to support me. The best shape I’ve been in a long time. I rate physique Factory 10/10.
