This program is legit. It’s not easy, but you get out what you put in. Just having the coach on hand to reach out to whenever you need advice or unsure about something is a huge advantage on its own. The structure of the nutrition and exercise is done extremely well. I was a complete beginner when I started this, and found it was quick to adapt to the new lifestyle thanks to my coach and the way the PF team have it structured.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to drop fat and build muscle in a very short amount of time.
