I won on the platform and redeemed on Friday evening. Now it's Tuesday morning, and I still haven't received the email confirming that the funds have been sent. Their redemption process is noticeably slow compared to others I've used, which often take less than a day. I will update if I eventually receive the deposit and how long it takes. I'm not a fan of services that are slow with redemptions.
