My experience with Picki Nicki has been extremely disappointing. I made my purchase on 14/08/2025, but I did not receive any tracking information for nearly a month. Because of this, I had no idea the package had arrived. For me, the order appeared completely unfulfilled. I contacted Picki Nicki several times during that first month, but I never received a proper human reply (only ai and automatic responses).With no communication and no tracking number provided, I eventually contacted my bank and opened a chargeback dispute. A month later, only after the dispute began, Picki Nicki finally replied. At that point, I went searching for the package myself and eventually found it by asking my neighbours. After such a long delay, I no longer needed the item, so I requested a refund, and returned and shipped it back to Picki Nicki.The dispute was then closed by my bank, and Picki Nicki told me they would issue a refund once they received the returned item. I returned it exactly as instructed. But afterward, they claimed that the refund button on their Shopify system was unavailable because of the earlier chargeback. They told me to wait up to 75 days for Shopify to review it.That 75-day period has now passed. When I contacted Picki Nicki again, they told me there was nothing they could do, I need to wait for shopify.I then contacted Shopify myself, and Shopify confirmed that this is actually a technical issue on Picki Nicki’s side, and that Picki Nicki must open a support ticket for Shopify to fix it. However, every time I inform Picki Nicki of this, I only receive automated AI-generated replies, which makes more frustrating trying to solve this issue, I was emailing Andreas from their support team, and still waiting for a reply.It has been months, countless emails, and the problem is still unresolved as I returned the item, but i have not received my money back. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. The shower head itself requires replacement parts — something customers should absolutely be aware of before buying. With the level of communication I experienced, getting any help or replacement from them would be nearly impossible. You risk ending up in an endless, unresolved cycle.92 days since this bad experience started, I will update if this is ever solved.Hey, your reply doesn't makes sense the payment was through shopify and stripe, refund needs to be trough stripe, and the amount you mention does not match my case and of course I have not received it. You should reply to my emails first rather than the public reviews.
