I have been in the decorating industry for over 40 years and have always been a bit sceptical of “new” designer brands.When a recent customer asked us to use “Pickleson” paint for her major renovation of multi million pound property in London I was very reluctant as my experience of these new companies has not been good.She explained that she had used Pickleson paints on her previous projects and she was extremely impressed with not only the finish but the help and assistance Pickleson offered.Skip forward to the completion of this major project and both our customer and us at Verde Decorating are delighted with the results both in application of the paint and overall finish.As this was a new paint for us to use we also had to contact Pickleson with a few technical questions and their customer service department was absolutely outstanding!!! We have had problems in the past with “designer brands” when the customer service has been extremely unhelpful but these guys have nailed it.We at Verde will now recommend Pickleson Paints to all our customers as it seems this is the way forward with designer paints.
