You must load funds before they fulfill orders, but if you decide to leave due to their failures, your balance is lost. No refunds, no exceptions, even when they are clearly at fault. The impact on my business was severe: dissatisfied customers, disputes with payment processors, a tarnished reputation, and ultimately frozen payment accounts. My store, which was thriving before engaging with this service, is now gone. Key reasons to avoid them: severe shipping delays, fake tracking numbers, lack of accountability, non-refundable prepaid funds, and poor product quality despite paid checks. This service is a risk, not a partner. My advice: steer clear. There are many legitimate alternatives that won’t jeopardize your business.
