I received my order, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for my dog. I requested a refund as per the "100% guaranteed refund" policy. I had to fill out a questionnaire, and they suggested some additional products that supposedly work better together. I agreed, but those items never arrived. I’ve sent numerous emails over the past two weeks without a response. I sent another five today and have been completely ignored. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I’m extremely frustrated with this situation. You promote one thing but fail to deliver. I won’t let this issue go until I receive my refund.
