Poor customer service, not very helpful at all. They're trying to take money from me and i don't have an account with a payment setup. I sent them a picture of the bank statement and they said they need the my account details - how silly i don't have an account!!!!!!!!!!!!This has resulted in me closing my bank account to stop them taking more money.
