Terrible service. I ordered a 4mm guage ring and received a 3.2mm. When I complained they asked me to send a picture of how I measured it (apparently didn't beleive me), which is sent; a picture of the ring held in a guage-measure showing the size received. I have yet to hear back from them - they're ignoring my emails and I have not had a replacement or refund, so I'm going to have to go to my bank to have the charge returned. Terrible service, terrible company. Don't order from them - I never will again.
