Unfortunately the earrings I bought were faulty. I contacted customer services and had a response immediately saying the earrings would be replaced. This was confirmed in a follow up email. Fantastic service in a normally inadequate consumer world.Just waiting on the replacement delivery. Hopefully these will be okay.
