I will never buy from this company again their customer service is atrocious. I ordered an item they sent me the wrong item they send me a returns label and when I told them I didn’t have access to a printer they then expect me to go to the post office and pay for my returns myself and will reimburse later !! They advise they cannot book a collection on the Royal Mail website where a label is brought to the collection address this is 2025 and a normal practice of conduct with other companies. All of this going on and they can’t send my correct item.Now been told due to complexity this has gone to a supervisor who can take 5 days to answer ! So I’m out of pocket and don’t have the product ordered and expected to wait 5 days for a supervisor totally unacceptable - they are very quick at taking money from your account ! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PARTING WITH ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH !
