I often purchase items that get VAT refunds but in Copenhagen at the airport I had to go to several different places in the airports as there are at least THREE companies doing this. Information on where to go was challenging at best. Yours wasn’t marked at all to correspond to the name. But one I figured it out and used the app it was great communicating. So my suggestion is the companies that use your service should explain what it is about and you needing better signage at the airport.
