Found the PIE VAT app very easy to use, made a mistake on one of the refund applications, they even fixed it for me. They couldn't have been more helpful. THey were extremely fast, lodged one day, refund approved the next. We kept getting emails saying we would miss out due to time - we had a long holiday - decided to try anyway and all lodged applications approved. So much easier than trying to find the office at the airport when you are already stressed to get on your flight etc.
