Stop Bird deterrent is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They have been giving me the runaround since 16 May when I placed my order. I was told it would be delivered within 2 to4 days. As of the 23 June I'm still waiting. Numerous emails have been sent and each time I'm told a different courier is going to be delivering the item. I have never been able to get them on the phone. The latest email stated that the courier was unable to access the address. I'm in Limassol not in the outer Hebrides, Amazon and UPS can deliver but not deliver companies named Colissimo nor a company called Mondialrelay or La Poste. I have requested the return of £59 but each time I'm ignored and told it will be delivered soon. Don't touch this company with a barge pole. If I could give them 0 I would. The person I have been in communication with is someone called Alexandra, but he is definitely NOT GREAT.
