Significant improvements needed.

The platform is decent, but my main issue lies with their social media presence. On X, they announced that the first 20 people would receive a free tip. I was the third to respond, and since they liked my reply, I thought I was in good standing. Later, after they tweeted about releasing tips, I checked my account but found nothing. I reached out to their Twitter account but received no reply. Then, I contacted them on Telegram, and they directed me to the customer support team, which seemed pointless. After emailing customer support—since they lack live chat—I received a response stating that the winners of the Twitter contest had been selected, and I was not among them. Therefore, I received nothing. I had proof, and it felt very clear that they decided I wasn't worthy of their top prize. It's frustrating and raises questions about why they hold contests if they don’t honor the actual winners. It feels like it all boils down to money. I had previously discussed VIP transfers in their Telegram, and they mentioned that only accounts with over 400k wagered are eligible. While that is their prerogative, it gives off the impression that they might be more focused on profit than fairness.
