My relationship with Piklinos has started 6 months ago when I bought my first pair of shoes. Shifting your whole footwear to one manufacturer at the start is a bit bumpy ride where Pikolinos addressed every single issue I had experienced in UK. I have sent 4 pairs in total for refund 2 because size was not right, 1 because because shoe heel caused me blisters from a day one and once because shoe sole came apart. Once the right size was established I got my self 4 pairs of shoes in total. Pikolinos even assisted me with some photos from a warehouse just to make sure I can see boot from inside before I opt and buy a pair. That's how you buy loyalty.
