I am living in Canada and sincerely hope that the main office can read this review and follow up with extremely poor customer service in Pikolinos Canada. You guys' can only take money but no service. Here is my communication with Pikolinos Canada since August 10/2021:Hello!I am looking for support and help.I would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist me.I have been trying to reach you since August 10, but unfortunately, no one answers my email/messages and phone calls. This experience is highly frustrating.To begin with, I ordered a pair of shoes called SALOU M9J SKU: M9J-4201SE-BRANDY-44-Men and paid $124.29 on July 25/2021 (order #000003266).Unfortunately, these shoes were too big for my husband, and I asked for a refund. However, the refund was not approved due to 50% of the sale price. Your company offered me an exchange. One of your representatives from customer support, Jeny, explained that if I'd like to exchange an item for any reason, I may find another style that has my size available. I may first place a new order online then send you the new order number so you can also go ahead and process a free exchange label for me. So, on July 30/2021, I purchased the next pair of shoes: BRISTOL M8J SKU: BRISTOL M8J-3184-CUERO-43-Men, and paid $200.55 (order # 000003272).However, there is still no refund for the first order ( #000003266) - $124.99. It means I paid $ 124.99 and $ 200.55. Could you please clarify?Next, unfortunately, the new order # 000003272 was not as good as expected (and there are no complaints to your company). So, on August 10/2021, I sent another message to you and asked for the price adjustment (because within one week, the price dropped from -20% to -50%). However, my request was declined by your company. It is another frustrating experience. Meanwhile, I also asked whether it could be possible to return my order 000003272 or receive a store credit. You answered that if I would like to return the second-order #000003272, you can provide me with an RMA with a $9.99 return label fee.Also, you can hold my funds for this refund until I find my preferred style online, but if not, I can let you know so you can process. So, I replied to you on the same day on August 10, and asked how long I can keep my credit store/fund with you and whether I can do a complete return (full refund) for my order 000003272.Since then, I have not heard from you — no refund for my first order #000003266 and no answer for my last communication from August 10.Hopefully, this long story will have a happy end. You stated that should I have any other questions, please don't hesitate to let you know; you're always here to help.
