Pikolinos shipped my order 11/6 a full 7-days after I placed the order on October 31. Did not receive my order for another 17 days. I contacted customer service. They said they would look into it and call me back at which time they highlighted to me that I chose 5-8 days shipping option. I mentioned them not shipping to me on time and I missed my wife's birthday. Customer service never contacted me back after this. I placed an almost $600 order. I am really not happy at all missing my wife's birthday and the poor shipping and customer service. For the price point you need to do A LOT better Pikolinos. Not a happy customer.
