I am a long term and very loyal Pikolinos customer who spent thousands of dollars on shoes, sandals and sneakers. However, I noticed that the quality of the products in most cases are poor, and considering the price of the products, it is not fair to customers. For instance, few month ago I've ordered 2 pair of sandals, and realized recently, only after few times wearing it, that it is falling apart, I could not beleive my eyes, and checked again, but yes, now I have to go to shoemaker to fix it and to spend another $20 on top of $200 that I've already spent on each.When I contacted customer service of Pikolinos, they just sent me a return label and apology
