I have plenty of Pikolinos shoes because I always feel they were good quality for value, and very comfortable. However, in the last couple of months I bought two pairs of pikolinos, one pair the same model as one I previously had. In less than two months, they are already pretty damaged, which is disappointed given that the cost has gone up. Definitely it is not the same quality now as it used to be. Furthermore, I sent my complaint to them and they completely ignored me, of course. Not interesting in bad criticism. Following the email below, I sent again my complain to Pikolinos (I bought them online), and I have received no answer at all. Clearly, not only the quality of the shoes have degraded.My second email was sent to “info at pikolinos.com” the 11th July. I did not get any email error and your system does not provide any acknowledgment so it’s difficult to provide anything else. Definitely I believe that 24/48h are gone by now… definitely you are far quicker replying in Trustpilot. It is impressive.
