These used to be my favourite shoes, really comfortable and good looking. They were the only shoe brand I wore for years with many replacement pairs. However, the latest pair just aren't the same. They look very similar but the fit is different. They are nowhere near as comfortable. I hear they have moved production overseas. Such a shame as I'll now need to look for another favourite shoe brand. While this above remains true I am editing this review as their customer service reached out and have been really helpful. I actually bought another pair to give them another go, but unfortunately the same issue so I sent them back. Just not as comfortable as they used to be
