I've had the worst time trying to get a refund for shoes I returned in March. I contacted customer service for the first time on 16 April after hearing no news about the return. They confirmed the return was on its way. I've since contacted them another 5 times to follow up, never receiving a prompt or clear reply. Unbelievably, I still haven't received a refund more than 3 months later.
