You asked for it so here it is… Maybe you will respond this time?TERRIBLE ONLINE EXPERIENCE: Non-Existent Customer Service!! 😱 Unable to Return Order Due To Zero Response…I am out of pocket 💸 💸, and stuck with two pairs of shoes that don’t fit 🥾👞 👎A previous fan of Pikolinos I purchased two items online direct from their website. Unfortunately these styles were too narrow so I started a return process.As per their instructions for multiple items you have to email them to obtain the correct paperwork to include.Two weeks, three online chats (that passed me from agent to agent in different languages but don’t engage), and six emails, and I am still yet to receive anything to allow me to return the items… I am at a complete loss! 🤷♂️I now have items that I cannot use and am out of pocket. My last email advised if they did not resolve this by this weekend I will be forced to start leaving 1* reviews… this is the second, hoping to elicit a response, before I move to the next review site...This has put me off EVER purchasing from Pikolinos again.
