I first found Pikolinos in Brugge, Belgium, where I bought from a store. Since then, back in the UK I have purchased a number of pairs online. I am either a size 4.5 UK or 5 UK, and the 4-4.5 Pikolinos size is perfect for me. Their shoes and sandals are the most comfortable I own; the 'Palma' sandal being the most comfortable sandal I have ever owned; I bought them when I was recovering from an Achilles Tendon rupture, and not only do they have the most comfortable (soft, yet supportive) ever, they have the 'heel to toe drop' required so that I don't walk flat. They are also very light. I also have a pair of Nerja trainers for the same above reasons. The quality of Pikolinos is top rate, they are my go-to shoe shop. I can't recommend them highly enough.In terms of delivery to the UK, this is also a smooth process. The shoes are shipped from their warehouse in Spain, and they keep you informed every step of the way.
