I purchased with the understanding that it came with a free app to learn how to use it and try workouts.Literally everything in the app is locked behind a paywall. Totally deceptive business practices!I'm now stuck with a bunch of useless pieces of plastic. I'll be reporting their bait and switch everywhere I can. Do NOT buy they product!Edit to add: based on their responses to others they don't actually resolve issues. I've reported them to the FTC for deceptive marketing. Hopefully they get fined!Edit 2 (07/23/2025): while they've said they already reached out, they have not. I've received 0 direct contact from them, though I have attempted to reach out.
