I was excited to try this reformer, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. It’s not intuitive to use and kept sliding around while I worked out, which made it feel unstable and frustrating.I felt good about making this pricey purchase because of their 99-day return policy, which clearly says you can return it if you’re “simply not satisfied with your order.”After a lot of back and forth with customer service—asking me to send videos of the product sliding, suggesting I give it to a friend (??), and offering a small refund (15%) to just keep it—they finally sent me the return instructions. The process was ridiculously complicated and required sending all four items back in separate packages with separate tracking, even though three of them were part of a free bundle and shipped together. It's clear the return process is intentionally difficult to get people to give up. In the end, I took a 20% refund just to avoid the hassle.I’d recommend being absolutely sure before you buy, because returning it isn’t a real option.
