The reformer I purchased was very nice but I no longer need it due to a severe knee problem that will require surgery sooner than expected. I first emailed the company on Jan 11th with at least five more tries and no response. It seems there's only an email attached to there customer service and no phone number. Not happy at all with their customer service.
