I purchased a pilates studio reformer for $2,500 and it’s actually a solid piece of equipment. However the footpad came ripped and I’ve been working with them on and off for over four months now and they cannot seem to honor a replacement. STAY AWAY!! Their customer service is horrific and I’m about to report them to my credit card for fraud. I still can’t use the equipment and I purchased in November 2025.
