The ordering was easy however a third party ships the reformers which isn't really addressed in the ordering. I only got a confirmation number and then all of a sudden I got a phone call to set of delivery from another service. Thought it was a dupe so didn't answer. I do think there needs to be more communication from the offices in Omaha to their customers. I don't think I should be reaching out for clarification regarding shipping of an item I paid over $3500 for.That said I hope I didn't make a mistake ordering from Pilates Matters.
