This tour was impeccable in every way. It was "The Footsteps of Paul and John" and took us through Ephesus and Sardis in Turkey and Philippi, Patmos, Crete, the beautiful blue-topped Santorini, Corinth, Thessalonica, Athens (Mars Hill - Acts 17; Acropolis) and so many other key sites in Greece. It covered land and sea - the beautiful Aegean Sea! One of tons of highlights was the fact that our tour guide was Grecian with an in-depth knowledge of Scripture and ancient Greek Mythology; his knowledge of mythology gave us some amazing understanding of the culture leading up to and in the early Church Age. The schedule was always spot-on and all other travelling details were just super, including the food and a stopping point at a Turkish home where the lady of the house prepared a meal; and a stopping point at a Turkish run factory and major supplier (some commercialism worked into in but in an interesting and informative manner!). TAKE THIS TRIP if you can; you will be BLESSED! We felt as if we had walked some of the many steps of Paul and John!!! Cheers!
