***Updated***I have improved my score to a 3star review after speaking with the customer service department yesterday who gave me some good advice and also informed me that the discount for my first order had not been applied and that the discount was to be refunded which has hit my account today so I can improve my rating however I still think if they streamline their process down to pictures of the person with a date stamp this could be a 5* review made my 1st and possibly last order with this company this morning for Mounjaro, first steps were fine however once you have placed your order you are then required to submit video evidence. now when you are doing this with a laptop and cannot transfer to a phone to do this this makes it very very awkward. I have been dealing with Oxford Online Pharmacy for all my other doses so far and all they ask for is a full frontal picture and a side on picture. and honest answers to their question (e.g. your height and weight). Much more simpler process if required for this company I believe and i may go to another company and pay a bit more in future.
