I have just passed a DEP assessment at BA and found PAT to be invaluable in my preparation. I had been told by many people to use SkyTest which I did initially but I found there to be a lot of errors in the software and some of the calculations were not representative of what you would have in the actual capacity test. As such, I decided to buy PAT as well to give me a bit of extra practice.I encountered an error with the software and emailed PAT to let them know, they could not have been more helpful replying within minutes and trying to get to the bottom of why it was happening and subsequently rectifying it so I was able to continue with the practice tests. They have also recently introduced more realistic TOD calculations, mirroring the real test.Thank you Teddy for being so helpful and replying to my emails so quickly!
