I placed an order for 10 screws on Jan 26 (a Saturday) with shipping by first class mail. I anticipated this small order would ship the following Monday, Jan. 28. Nope! Didn't ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. When I call I was told they don't have the screws on the shelf and are waiting for them to be delivered and hopefully the order will go out today or tomorrow (Thursday or Friday). I asked why didn't the web site indicate these were not in stock and ready to ship? The answer was, the website does say some items may not be in stock. I would think it would be appropriate for Pilot Hq to notify the customer when something was not in stock. I was also told I would receive a shipping notice with the tracking number. That too didn't happen. If I didn't log back into my account, I would have never known the order shipped and what the tracking number was. FWIW, this will definitely be my first and last order with Pilot HQ.
