Made decent profits on this site, then had to verify my phone number and adress/personal information as usual. Withdraw limits were 1300€ /day, so I requested first withdrawal and got my money 1 day later. So far so good I requested another withdraw the next day which got denied. I asked the support and they answered me that additional verification is needed (which was weird cause in my account information everything got shown as verified). For some reason they now needed a proof of Adress again. So I sent it to them. Then they replied they would need a "copy of phone contract" - this sounded kinda suspicious to me cause my phone number was already verified. I replied to them with that cause + also attached a Screenshot showing my full verified account. 3 days later they sent me the same copy paste message about my phone contract. Since I already provided way more information about me then usual I refused to send it and asked the support again. First 3 tries "no English support available" - tried at a variety of different times until finally I got an English speaking support which was basically useless and just told me to ask the verification team via email again. This game continued for 2 months now. Finally deciding to send them my phone contract they didnt reply to it and acted like they havent received it and I got an email that my account is closed... I wont get my money it seems yet one of the support said nothing can be done to reactivate account but it is possible to withdraw the money - which they didnt explain me how and now the support is also not replying. TOTAL SCAM AVOID IT!!!!
