I have been completing their surveys for at least 7 years; thought I would wait a while until my points added up before redeeming them. Bad idea! Much to my dismay, I have tried to contact them THREE separate times regarding this issue, only to discover that my points have "expired". I never dreamed there was a problem with the points expiring. They have NEVER replied to my 3 requests for information regarding my points expiring. Extremely unprofessional to be "ghosted" in this manner. AND new surveys require a lot of time to even find out if you qualify to take a survey - many times you eventually learn you are not eligible.
