I have been using Pinecone for a few years and it was excellent. I'd get maybe three surveys a month, which took 10 - 20 minutes each and always paid 300 points (£3).Recently that all changed. They now offer surveys of similar length and only pay 75 - 150 points. Basically overnight they have more than halved the pay rates.I enquired (to the ubiquitous "Karen Scott") and got an AI reply that didn't address the questions. Recontacted them and never received an answer.Goodbye Pinecone, you used to be good.
