Used to love doing the surveys but since the change I haven't managed to complete one - always screened out even after answering many questions like many others on here.I currently have 730 points, earned by working on previous surveys, but can't redeem them as they've upped the minimum claim limit to 1,000. How can this be fair? I've earned those points!! I did email the customer care but got a pro forma email saying how to redeem points; emailed back but no reply as yet.Anyone know where we can complain to? If we all file our legitimate grievances maybe they'll have to do something.
