Gone downhill. Lots of emails that do take your time, just to be told you "don't qualify and goodbye". Then the even better part is the nasty emails from "Karen Scott" (who doesn't seem to exist) threatening to deactivate your eligibility if you don't participate more. Doesn't matter how many times you try to complete the surveys. Oh and rewards are a joke.
