It's overall a dysfunctional site. Pinecone also seems to engage in questionable tactics. Most surveys will collect a lot of information and at the end will tell you that you don't qualify for the survey and thus not be rewarded with any points. That seems illegal. Also surveys will get stuck often (S23U on 5G) and fail. It won't let you go back to the survey. Even if you find your "pending" surveys, it won't let you complete them. There are so many other survey sites out there that work great and let you earn reward points. Pinecone is NOT one of those. Steer clear.
