I have been a member for a number of years. Initially, I found the experience to be fine. Decent rewards which outweighed the awful website and its somewhat “unique” approach to logging in/viewing one’s details etc. Recently the only awards are vouchers with a typical upgrade of £10 eating into 6 months worth of accrued points!!! But what’s really done it for me is how much of an absolute ball ache it is trying to get on and view my account. Tedious, cyclical rubbish, with tiny error messages appearing in weird parts of the screen. Really not worth the hassle for a yearly reward of £50 off a holiday voucher.I’m not wasting my time with this any more. Just awaiting the calls from their “thought police”.
