A loyal client completes a survey. Loyal client takes a screenshot of the "thank you for completing the survey" statement. But Pinecone does not reward the points. They have a different excuse each time for why you didnt get points..., even though you completed the survey.OR they tell you that you did not do the survey... or they ignore your "contact us" when you ask for the points that you have earned and you have taken screenshots of the survey completed screen.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. So much effort. They avoid giving you the earned points at all cost!
