I’ve been with Pinecone for years, it been good but if there’s an issue they don’t care and have stopped replying. I was doing a survey, spent 15 mins on it and was on the final pages, before you’ve completed the survey and I was timed out. I questioned it as I should be rewarded for my time seeing as I was allowed to complete the entire survey about the product. I’ve sent several emails asking them to do the right thing and reward me for my time but they don’t care. Also in all the years I’ve been with then the reward has never increased, despite the fact that the cost of everything else has gone up, which no doubt includes the wages of the people at Pinecone and the amount they charge for the companies for the surveys, but this isn’t fed back to people actually completing the surveys.
