"Karen Scott" does not exist - and if she does, she is in the US, not in the UK, for anyone unsure on that. Pinecone Research may be being run by one person - their email responses make it seem that a 'representative' will get back to you, but all emails are signatures with Karen Scott's name. She is expiring points earned after a year of them not being withdrawn from you account, and she points to a clause in the terms and conditions that changed since I joined, and to which I have never been pointed to since. This is illegal. I was also not able to access my account during Covid due to a problem with their website. This was proven by me, beyond 'any' doubt. My points were stolen from me then too due to inactivity, despite not being able to access the website. This was also illegal. 'She' will respond to emails as if it's the first time she's seen them and ignore previous correspondence once you point her to it. She will use stock replies and phrases in an attempt to shut down discourse. All for the sake of around £50. She will then stop replying to emails and the only way of getting in touch again due to the time limit on her email system is to start the process again via the website where she resets her brain and forgets she has ever spoken to you. We are now preparing a legal letter. I will pay for for fighting this on principle. All because she thinks the rules don't apply to her. Time for a class action?
