I have been completing surveys without issue since 2015. Recently checked my account to see that £30 of points has been 'expired'. I complained citing the fact that this is a change of policy and it wasn't fair as I was not notified about the change. They refunded the points as a one off gesture. However, they persistently quoted the rewards expiration policy as if I was stupid and did not understand it rather than acknowledge they had changed the goal posts without letting their panellists know. I have cashed out my points and will think about whether I want to continue to do any more surveys for this company.
