I am a longtime panelist with Pinecone Research and lost over 17K points that were removed from my account. I was not advised that they were going to expire before they disappeared.When I attempt to answer some of the surveys, I either get failure messages or messages that the survey is closed. After repeated attempts and getting the same messages, one has a propensity to not waste time trying to answer a survey. When that happens, Pinecone sends out an email to advise me that failure to answer surveys that are sent may result in termination from the program. I have voiced my concerns to Pinecone but nothing has changed. Pinecone used to be a fairly decent and worthwhile research panel, but the quality of surveys I am receiving is definitely not what they used to be. Trying to communicated directly with customer service/support is a canned reply with no useful information.
