Prior to the launch of their "new and improved" website, I never had any problem with Pinecone Research. The surveys came once in a while and I usually got $3 for about 10 minutes of my time. Wasn't getting rich but I had the time so why not? Now, I get several surveys a day and qualify for about one in 100 and I noticed the rewards are far less for longer surveys. After I redeemed points for two $10 Amazon cards, I was issued the first one but a freeze was put on my account until such time as it was determined my account hadn't been "hacked." Hacked? The first card came in the mail within a couple of weeks but it took me 15 (yes 15!) email inquiries and lots of bogus responses from the ever-present Karen Scott (who signs all the emails you get from this shady outfit) before I finally got the second card. It took so long and was so frustrating, I'm done with this sketchy company. I have no idea what happened, but before the "new and improved" website, I liked the company. Now, they're straight up trash.
