I've been with pinecone for years, I've always loved them.. but since they updated its been garbage! Recently I was able to finally do surveys.. but once I would complete them 100% (I have screen shots of the thank you message that you get when you complete a survey) but when it redirectes me.. it says i don't qualify.. thats absolutely BS. I took the survey I finished it, I should get what is owed to me. This has happened more than 8 times now. Time wasted and I have put in so much energy to get them to reply back to me.. but they're not.. give me what you owe and I'll leave.
