I was sent to Pinecone by NielsenIQ (yet another poorly rated company on Trust Pilot) when I didn't receive payment for a lengthy diary survey. I was pleasantly surprised when I immediately got a response that a ticket number had been issued for my case and I'd hear from them very shortly. Three weeks later and three subsequent follow up inquiries from me, nothing.
