I ordered an item online, which was sent second-hand without tracking. It was inexpensive, so I understood. However, the item never arrived, and they didn't respond to my email or escalation. Best to avoid. Edit: The response from the owner was misleading… I emailed on March 25 (no reply); requested a refund on April 3 (the same day as this review). Not receiving the item was frustrating, and poor communication was a major issue. I'd hesitate to trust them with anything over a small amount given this experience. Still waiting for my refund, but the owner’s dismissive comment was noted.
